Last updated: April 28, 2026 Focalware (“the app”) is a sun and moon position calculator developed by Warner Photography, Inc. We respect your privacy and have designed Focalware to collect as little information as possible.
Information we collect Focalware uses your device’s location (via Apple’s Core Location services) only when you choose “Use Current Location” so the app can calculate the correct sun and moon positions for where you are. Your location is used on-device only. It is not transmitted to us, stored on any server, or shared with any third party.
Information we do not collect Focalware does not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, crash reports, contacts, photos, device identifiers, or any account information. Focalware has no user accounts and does not contact any servers we operate.
Third parties Focalware does not include any third-party SDKs that collect data.
Children’s privacy Focalware does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
